The system operates on the Azure platform in WVD on a cloud-based environment that allows our client underwriters and cover-holders the ability to access every document or view every action undertaken on each claim in real time via a dedicated remote access portal.

This allows ToPAz claims handlers to manage the claims from anywhere in the world.

In addition to the standard claims reporting requirements of Lloyd’s V5 and Solvency II Pillar 3, we can produce ad hoc reports identifying loss types and the cost of these.

In addition, we can produce detailed MI reports on a particular Binder or several Binder years, allowing underwriters to make strategic decisions prior to renewals and assisting Coverholders in tailoring product offerings to suit their client's needs.
